Privacy policy

This policy explains how we handle the personal data you send us through the proposal request form on this site, and how measurement cookies work. Last updated: 27 October 2026.

What we collect

The details you enter in the form: name, email, phone (optional), type of event, date, location, approximate number of guests, message and, if you choose to tell us, how you found us. We also keep the page you came from and any campaign parameters in the address, so we know where requests come from.

What we use it for

Only to reply to your request and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your request, that is, pre-contractual steps. We do not send you newsletters without your consent and we do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Who helps us process your data

We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) to manage requests: each request is saved as a contact in an internal Os Músicos - on the Road list and is emailed to us through this platform. We also keep a backup copy of the request on the server that hosts the site. These providers process the data only on our behalf and under our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if no contract follows, we delete it within 24 months at most.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and for data portability, by writing to ontheroad@osmusicos.pt. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).

Cookies and measurement tools

The site works without third-party cookies. Only if you click "Accept" on the cookie notice do we switch on the following tools, which help us understand how the site is used and where requests come from:

• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): measures visits, proposal requests and clicks to contact us, and lets us show our ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited the site.
• Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.): visit and browsing statistics.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.): click and scroll maps, so we can improve the site.

The legal basis is your consent. These companies may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you decline, none of these tools is loaded. We store your choice in your browser for 6 months and you can change it at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of the home page.
