Listen
It starts with a conversation. Who the event is for, where it happens, and what your guests should take home with them.

Design
We propose the musicians, the line-up, the repertoire and how they appear: what they wear, where they stand, when they come in. You receive a clear written proposal, ready to share with whoever signs off.

Produce
We run the production from start to finish and we are there on the day. All the host has to do is welcome the guests.

The team
Trained musicians, there at every event.
Gabriela Fernandes and Diogo Chaves founded Os Músicos, a music academy in Miraflores, in 2015. They lead Os Músicos - on the Road and are involved in every event. The musicians we work with are chosen event by event, for their talent and their presence on stage.
Gabriela Fernandes
CEO & Event ManagerClassically trained, with more than a decade in artistic direction. She designs every proposal, works with the client from the first call to the day itself, and makes sure the idea reaches the room intact.
Diogo Chaves
Head of Operations & Technical AdvisoryMulti-instrumentalist and music producer. He selects and coordinates the musicians, defines the technical set-up and runs the day, from load-in to the last song.
Questions
Before you ask for a proposal.
How far in advance should I get in touch?
As soon as you have a date and a venue, even if everything else is still open. The earlier we talk, the wider the choice of musicians and line-ups. For December, the season of company dinners and parties, we suggest getting in touch earlier still.
Where do you perform?
Anywhere in Portugal, and abroad. We are based in Miraflores (Algés, Oeiras), just outside Lisbon, and we go wherever the event takes place.
Do you handle sound and lighting?
Yes. Our proposal includes a technical set-up suited to the venue and the line-up, with installation and take-down. If the venue or your production company already has equipment, we work with their team.
Can we choose the repertoire?
Yes. We suggest a repertoire based on your brief and refine it with you: the songs you can't do without, the couple's entrance, the toast. If a song won't work for the chosen line-up, we will tell you and suggest an alternative.
Who are the musicians, and what line-ups do you offer?
We choose the musicians event by event, for their talent and stage experience. Line-ups range from a solo player to a full band: voice, piano, harp, saxophone, string duos and quartets, jazz trio, choir, chamber orchestra and DJ. The choice depends on the venue, the moment and the number of guests.
Do you work with DMCs, agencies and wedding planners?
Yes. We step in as the music team on your project, with proposals you can share directly with your client. Signature Moments is a good place to start when showing them what is possible.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the line-up, the length, the number of musicians and the technical production your event needs. That is why we have no price list: we send a detailed proposal for your event, with no obligation.
